Welcome to FarmzStory (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any services, programmes or learning resources we make available. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About FarmzStory

FarmzStory designs and delivers urban-farming education, mini-farm systems and related programmes for schools, community groups and families in Singapore. The information on this site is meant to help partners understand what we do, not to be copied or resold.

3. Use of the Website

You may view, download and print content from this site for your own reference and internal school planning only. You must not modify, publish, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our materials without our written consent.

4. Educational Materials & Training Content

From time to time we may share slides, guides, photos or activity outlines to support your programme. Unless we expressly say so in writing, these are:

• for the specific school / organisation that engaged us;
• not to be circulated publicly or uploaded to other portals;
• not to be re-branded or reused for commercial workshops.

5. Programmes, Workshops & Installations

All programmes, bootcamps and greenhouse / mini-farm installations are subject to separate quotations, scope and schedules agreed with the school or organisation.

• Dates may be rescheduled subject to trainer and site availability.
• If access to the premises is not available on the agreed date, we may charge for the wasted trip / re-visit.
• Safety requirements on site (power, water, access, weather shelter) must be met by the organiser.

6. Health & Safety

Urban-farming activities may involve tools, electrical components, water and live plants. Participants should follow the instructions of our trainers at all times. We are not responsible for injuries or damage arising from improper use of the equipment, or where our instructions were not followed.

7. Media, Photos & Testimonials

We love to document our farming journeys with schools. By taking part in our programmes, you agree that photos or videos taken during the session may be used for our training, reporting or marketing purposes (e.g. on our website or slides), unless your organisation has informed us in advance of specific restrictions.

If you spot a photo you would like removed, please write to us and we will review it.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, photos, text, programme names and the “Bond · Grow · Fun” brand expression are owned by FarmzStory or used with permission. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to use our intellectual property without our prior consent.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to other sites (e.g. MOE, sustainability resources, partners). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

10. Disclaimer

The information on this site is provided “as is” for general information. While we do our best to keep things accurate and updated, urban-farming methods, equipment and school requirements may change. We do not make warranties of any kind about completeness, reliability or suitability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, FarmzStory will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or from implementing any activity without proper supervision or site assessment.
